Postage & Handling
We aim to provide a speedy delivery on all of our orders. Once you order a product with growthbooks, we send a message directly to our distributor, who will aim to dispatch it within 24 hours to our postal processing warehouse for delivery. We will then post or express post your items to you*. Most items will arrive with you between five and ten business days.
Australian Locations - Postage and Shipping Charges
Postage and handling is charged at a flat rate of $9.00 to anywhere in Australia.
* If your order is for a gift and you need it soon, or if you want to ensure that your item is delivered by express post, please let us know and we will do our best to speed up delivery. If you live in mid- or north Queensland, Western Australia or Norfolk Island and your order weighs over 1kg, we may need to arrange for you to pay an additional fee.
Overseas Orders – Shipping Services and Charges
If you are ordering from places other than Australia we will contact you via email to arrange a shipping service and payment. Costs will vary from place to place and shipping service selected. You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.
